Party Center Software was created out of neccessity by Party Center Software's President, Scott Drummond. After buying a struggling indor FEC he realized that to bring in a profit and bring the FEC to it's full potential he would have to manage his facility, employees, and parties seamlessly, as well as look to online marketing and party booking for more business. After looking over the software for the FEC industry there seemed to be a problem... No one offered this type of software and the software that was available had a price tag that was went into the tens of thousands.

As a result of his findings Scott decided to devolp his own software. This allowed him, as it does today, to create a software that fits the industry. Not only does it perform well it encompasses many of the key areas that are overlooked by other software companies that do not have the experience of managing a Family Entertainment Centre.

US - EU Safe Harbor Certified

To be in compliance with the U.S-EU Safe Harbor Framework, set in place by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Party Center Software is now certified by U.S.-EU Safe Harbor under Agile Software and Marketing,LLC.

"The European Commission’s Directive on Data Protection went into effect in October of 1998, and would prohibit the transfer of personal data to non-European Union nations that do not meet the European “adequacy” standard for privacy protection. While the United States and the European Union share the goal of enhancing privacy protection for their citizens, the United States takes a different approach to privacy from that taken by the European Union.

In order to bridge these different privacy approaches and provide a streamlined means for U.S. organizations to comply with the Directive, the U.S. Department of Commerce in consultation with the European Commission developed a "Safe Harbor" framework and this website to provide the information an organization should need to evaluate – and then join – the Safe Harbor."
